Smoothly ground heads with cutting edges separately induction hardened to 64HRC for cutting piano, hard and soft wires. The cutter has no conventional center rivet, but a forged-on pivot which can withstand extra leverage. Heavy insulated handles with slip guards for extra comfort and safety.
