Detailed Description
The TPI 312C is a waterproof penetration/immersion thermometer suitable for testing the temperature of food and liquids.
Easy to use with a long penetration tip, just insert the probe into whatever it is you need to test and a value will be displayed on the screen. Temperature can be measured between -58 and 300°F (-50 to 150°C) with an accuracy of ±2°F and resolution of 0.1°F.
