CALIBRATION	ISS DMM

This DMM can test a wide variety of basic electrical parameters, including DC voltage to 1000V, AC voltage to 750V, AC/DC current to 10A, resistance to 40MΩ, frequency to 10MHz, temperature to 2372°F and capacitance to 4000μF.

True RMS measurement aids accuracy on AC values and builds on basic DC accuracy of ±0.5%. Another helpful feature on the TPI 183A is a low pass filter which is very useful for performing inspections in electrically noisy environments.

Results are displayed on the TPI 183A’s backlit digital display which also has an analogue bar graph display. Operation is undertaken via a simple, clearly-labelled dial and results can even be printed on an optional IR printer through wireless infrared technology. Data hold freezes a reading on screen and min/max recording provides an in-depth picture of any particular variable. Relative mode can be employed to compare two values.

The TPI 183A is a feature-rich multimeter which also comes with a range of accessories including rubber casing with a tilt stand, a thermocouple with an adapter, a test lead set and an instruction manual.
